Exfoliate and Scrub

Summer is a busy time of year. There are parties, family gatherings, friends coming over for BBQ’s and even the occasional wedding. While everyone loves to be outside and enjoy the weather, no one wants to go home looking like they spent all day in the sun. It can sometimes be overwhelming to make sure your skin is beautiful year round but with these top 10 tips you’ll find it easier than ever!

Moisturize

Moisturizing is essential for healthy skin all over your body, but especially in the summertime. Sweat can steal moisture from our skin, so it’s important to replenish its moisture levels. It’s important to take care of your skin this summer so that it can remain healthy, hydrated, and glowing.

While you might be tempted to buy an expensive face cream or serum, it’s actually much easier to keep up with your skin this summer by making a few simple changes. Start by moisturizing your skin twice a day with a product that is rich in vitamins A, D, and E. These nutrients are critical for the protection of the skin. But, it’s also important to keep your skin looking young by choosing products that contain no harsh chemicals. These include lavender, chamomile , and shea butter. You can also wear a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30.

If you have sensitive skin, opt for the products that are lightweight, fragrance free, and contain vitamin B5. This is also known as pantothenic acid because it’s found in most vitamin supplements. Vitamins A and B5 work together to help fight off free radicals, which cause wrinkles and loss of firmness.

Use moisturizers that are lightweight, non-irritating, and fragrance free. You can also find moisturizers that contain retinol. Retinol speeds up the process of renewing your skin cells. It also makes sure that they’re replaced with new, healthier cells.Use the products that your barber uses.

Use Sunscreen

Although summer is a time of fun and relaxation, it can be difficult to avoid sun exposure. In order to ensure that you maintain healthy skin as the weather warms up, use sunscreen as your first line of defense. Sunscreen is a crucial step in healthy skin care because it shields you from UV rays and reduces the risk of skin cancer and premature aging. Additionally, sunscreen prevents brown spots on the skin caused by the sun’s UV rays. Sunscreen is available in many different forms, but one of the most common types is lotion. Lotion is a liquid that you can easily apply to your skin. You can apply lotion before you head outdoors or just after coming indoors, but it’s best applied 15 minutes before going out.

Wear Sunscreen For Your Skin’s Health

UV rays are harmful to your skin, so sunscreen is essential for your skin’s health. Sunscreen can protect you from skin cancer, reduce wrinkles, and prevent premature aging. UV rays are dangerous because they can lead to skin cancer. Certain kinds of sunscreen are more effective than others at protecting your skin against sun damage.

Take a Break from Makeup

Although most of us know the importance of a break from makeup in order to give our skin a chance to breathe, it’s not always easy to take a break. These tips for healthy summer skin care will help you stay on schedule without sacrificing your favorite beauty products. The summer months are a good time to take a break from wearing makeup. There is nothing wrong with wearing makeup for special occasions or when you need a confidence boost, but taking a break from make-up in the summertime can promote healthy skin and even help you save some money! There are some easy tips you can use to make this transition easier.

Stay Hydrated

The summer months are hard to beat, especially with all the outdoor activities and midday sun. But it is important to remember that staying hydrated is vital to keeping your skin healthy throughout the summer. So be sure to keep drinking water or other hydrating liquids like tea, juice, and sugary drinks. Earlier this year I was introduced to a new brand of facial cleanser that I use and love.

It is called the Nerd Skin and it has been a major game changer for my skin. Recently, I did a little research and found out that they have many more products worth checking out, including one of my favorites: the Wash & Go Foam Cleanser. With summer coming up fast, now is the perfect time to add these products to your routine

Sleep with a Mineral Mask

When you are outside, the sun can really take a toll on your skin. It can also damage your foundation and make you breakout. Make sure to always put sunscreen on when outdoors, but always remember to take care of your skin at home too! Never skip a day of applying sunscreen. It is not only the best protection from the sun but it also prevents wrinkles, age spots and even.

Drink plenty of Water

The summer may be winding down, but you should still be drinking plenty of water to keep your skin healthy and hydrated. How Much Water Should You Drink?

If you drink lots of water every day without interruption, you should have no trouble staying hydrated all summer. However, if you have a habit of skipping meals or drinking cold beverages throughout the day, the healthiest option is to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day. That’s the equivalent of about 2 to 3 liters, or 2½ to 3 quarts, without supplementing with a flavored sports drink.

Keep your Body Weight in check

As the summer season approaches, many of us start to forget about their regular weight-loss routines. This can be very dangerous for our health and lead to a plethora of ailments and diseases that we may not even know we have. It is important that in order to stay in shape in the summer months, you remember to keep your body weight in check by adjusting your meals accordingly. For example, if you are trying to get into the best shape of your life (which again, is important throughout the year), forgetting about your diet in the summer can lead to health issues like gaining weight, high cholesterol, low stamina, and even diabetes.
